The Great Lakes Center for Conflict Resolution (GLACCR) is an independent, not-for profit and non-governmental organization working for conflict prevention and peacebuilding. GLACCR was established to address chronic conflict and security challenges in the Great Lakes Region of Africa. GLACCR’s current interventions are in Northern Uganda which is emerging from the two decades of armed conflicts.
